Sea & Woods Stay is a private apartment in a modern seaside resort with an extensive wellness area, created for guests who want to combine proximity to the sea, forest, and the comfort of hotel-style amenities. The apartment is located in the peaceful surroundings of Wolin National Park, with views of a pine and beech forest, offering a break from the busy town center while keeping Międzyzdroje’s attractions within easy walking distance.

This property is managed directly by the owner – with no reception desk, convenient electronic check-in, and ongoing support if you have any questions or need assistance. Guests enjoy the independence of a private apartment while also having access to pools, saunas, jacuzzis, a gym, children’s activities, fitness classes, and music evenings organized by the resort.

The private apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests and has been created to ensure a comfortable stay both for short breaks and longer holidays or remote work. The living room with kitchenette, bedroom, and spacious balcony form a functional whole, offering space for relaxation, cooking, work, and spending time together.

The large balcony with seating for 4 people opens directly onto a pine and beech forest, creating an intimate green setting – perfect for morning coffee, evening relaxation with a glass of wine, or working on a laptop surrounded by nature. Both the living room and bedroom have separate access to the balcony, making the interior bright, well-lit, and open to the surroundings.

The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, and USB and USB-C sockets for charging devices, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps 2 guests. For families, a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a large washbasin with countertops and drawers, and a hairdryer, ensuring comfort and organization even during longer stays. The hallway offers spacious, illuminated wardrobes and a full-length mirror, and the apartment also includes an iron and ironing board.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking – smoking is prohibited throughout, including on the balcony, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment for guests sensitive to smoke. Pets are not allowed. Both the apartment and the resort offer a wide range of amenities that make your stay convenient, stress-free, and suited to various needs – from families with children, to couples, to guests combining leisure with work.

Free electric shuttle service operating between the resort and the center of Międzyzdroje according to the timetable, making it easy to get around without using a car.

Check-in is completely reception-free – guests do not check in at the resort reception. Before arrival, guests receive a link to an electronic registration card; once completed, they are sent a smart lock code that provides access to the apartment throughout the stay.

During the stay, guests have direct contact with the owner via email or phone (written contact preferred) to quickly receive assistance, answers to questions, or additional information. This service model combines the independence of a private apartment with the reassurance that “someone is there” whenever needed.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (including on the balcony), and pets are not allowed. This ensures the space remains well maintained, odor-neutral, and comfortable for future guests.
