Thanks to a private underground parking space, electronic check-in, and smart lock, your stay is convenient from the very first minute — without waiting at reception.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway with spacious wardrobes and a large balcony overlooking the forest. The interior is designed for up to 4 guests so that everyone has space to relax and store their belongings.

Living room

The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for 2 guests, a large dining table with seating for 4 and a Smart TV with around 60 channels, including German channels (RTL, RTL2, Super RTL, N‑TV, VOX) and international news stations (Euronews in several languages, France24, DW English). There is direct access from the living room to the balcony with seating for 4, and a separate air‑conditioning unit allows you to set a comfortable temperature independently from the bedroom.

Bedroom

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, bedside tables, main and ambient lighting, plus USB and USB‑C sockets by the bed for easy charging of phones and tablets. There is also direct access to the balcony from the bedroom, while illuminated wardrobes in the bedroom and hallway offer plenty of storage space for clothes and suitcases, even for longer stays.

Kitchenette

The kitchenette is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a full set of cookware and tableware. The worktop has double LED lighting, making it easy to prepare meals at any time of day and allowing you to cook just like at home.

Bathroom and hallway

The bathroom offers a comfortable shower, large washbasin with counter space and drawers, plus a hairdryer, which helps keep toiletries and accessories organised. In the hallway you will find a full‑height mirror and additional wardrobes, as well as an iron and ironing board for guests’ use.

The apartment is located right by the border of Wolin National Park – the park entrance is practically next to the resort, encouraging walks, bike trips and direct contact with nature without the need for driving. Within a few minutes you can move from the pool and jacuzzi straight onto a forest path leading to the beach.

The wide beach is about an 8‑minute relaxed walk through the forest, and the famous Międzyzdroje pier is around 15 minutes on foot. Nearby you will also find attractions such as the Bison Enclosure (approx. 3 km), Międzyzdroje railway station (approx. 5 minutes by car / 20 minutes on foot) and convenient access to Szczecin‑Goleniów Airport (approx. 60 km).

Guests can use a free shuttle buggy running between the resort and the centre of Międzyzdroje according to the timetable, making it easy to reach restaurants, cafés and the seaside promenade without using a car.

The apartment is strictly non‑smoking – smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed, to maintain the standard of the apartment and ensure comfort for all guests.

Check‑in is fully electronic: before arrival, guests receive a link to complete the registration form, and afterwards they receive a code for the smart lock, which provides access to the apartment for the entire duration of the stay without visiting a reception desk. During the stay, guests can contact the owner by email or phone (preferably in writing) to receive prompt assistance or any additional information.
